Recipe - Blueberry Protein Pancakes

The recipe behind these fabulous protein pancakes is below

Ingredients

1 cup of self raising flour

2 scoops of protein powder

1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk depending on the thickness and consistency of the pancakes you prefer

1 egg yolk

Tsp. Cinnamon

Whisk all the ingredients together

Add 200g Blueberries and mix

Transfer to a pancake pan to cook

Optional

Serve with berries, chopped banana, maple syrup and cinnamon

Makes 6 pancakes.
