I have created this blog to share the things I have learnt about myself, top tips to stay motivated and tasty recipes that have helped me lose weight as part of my fitness journey.

I started my transformation journey in August 2023 because I was struggling to lose weight, feeling exhausted with the daily grind and my confidence was on a downward trajectory.

Perimenopause had kicked in and I wasn’t happy with how I looked and felt. It was time to take action, go in a new direction and follow a healthier stronger path.
