There is no quick fix!
It’s great to have long term goals but don’t forget the little wins too. The ones that will give you weekly/monthly gratification and keep you motivated to be better. It’s not just about the number on the scales, there are so many more ways to measure your successes. Feeling more energised at the end of the week, having better quality sleep, taking onboard more fluids are all amazing steps to a healthier lifestyle. Learning to appreciate the small wins will help you to stay on track and give you that sense of achievement week in week out.
Consistency is key
Being consistent is absolutely the key to reaching your goals. Keep ticking the boxes. The more consistent you are, the more likely you are to reach your goals and achieve success. Plan your week, be accountable, train with a friend and stay on track.
